You are immersed in an intensive 9 week program that involves:
- Meeting with your Process teacher/licensed therapist once a week.
- Meeting with your group every Sunday afternoon or evening for nine weeks, and several additional sessions.
- Homework assignments at the end of each group session to answer specific questions about your life, your history, and your adult self. This writing deepens the experience as you look back at what did and did not serve you in your childhood.
- Your teacher/therapist reading your homework before your next weekly private session.
Group sessions are didactic, they provide information, and they are experiential, with guided visualizations. This safe and nurturing environment helps you to open emotionally to any sadness, pain and anger within. And with that opening, you can move forward with healing, finally becoming the functioning and happy person you were meant to be.
